We confirm approved refund requests within one business day. Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Defective items

If your collapsible water bottle arrives defective, you usually don't need to ship it back — a photo showing the issue is enough for us to send a replacement or process a refund.
