Refund & Returns Policy

Every Squishly order is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If your collapsible water bottle arrives defective or you're simply not satisfied, we'll make it right.

Who pays for return shipping

Return shipping is arranged and paid by you. We recommend a tracked service: until the parcel reaches us it stays your responsibility, and a tracking number is what lets us refund you the moment it lands.

One exception, and it is on us: if an item arrives faulty, damaged or is not what you ordered, we cover the return in full. You never pay to send back a mistake we made.

How to request a refund

Email contact@collapsible-water-bottle.com within 30 days of delivery.
Include your order number and a short description of the issue (a photo helps if the item arrived damaged).
We'll confirm a replacement or refund to your original payment method within 24 hours.

Timelines

We confirm approved refund requests within 24 hours. Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Defective items

If your collapsible water bottle arrives defective, you usually don't need to ship it back — a photo showing the issue is enough for us to send a replacement or process a refund.
